Education, diplomas and skills only make up ten percent of a successful speaking appearance. The speaker himself/herself makes up the other ninety percent – personality, curiosity, warm-heartedness, attention, humor, openness, body language, voice, and attitude – all these components develop sympathy in the speaker. And sympathy leads to trust. Trust will play an ever-increasing role in the future.
