As a technology executive, Andy Fitze was responsible for more than 4 billion in IT investments. In 2016 he co-founded SwissCognitive, an international platform for artificial intelligence. He is President of the Swiss IT Leadership Forum and the Swiss Digital Economy Award, a board member of swissICT and an advisor to boards and executive teams.
He also sails where charts become unreliable: Svalbard, Greenland, the North Atlantic. On board, one rule applies: reality wins. Every day brings at least one crisis, and the switch from calm to emergency takes seconds.
On stage he brings both worlds together. With his own films from the pack ice, he shows how teams stay able to act when the plan no longer holds. The audience does not get an adventure talk.
