Deborah Levi was born in Dillenburg in August 1997 and is a successful German bobsledder.
However, Levi did not begin her athletic career on icy slopes, but on the athletics field. It was not until 2018 that she switched to bobsledding. As a pusher for Laura Nolte, she won her first World Cup victory in January 2020 and secured the title of European champion in 2021 and the gold medal in the two-man bobsled at the 2022 Winter Olympics.

High Performance – The fastest pusher on the bobsleigh track.
Deborah Levi was recruited for bobsledding by BSC Winterberg because of her strong acceleration ability. With pilot Laura Nolte, she contested her first competition in the 2018 European Cup at Königssee. A few weeks later, they won the European Cup race in Winterberg. At the Bobsleigh World Cup, she competed alongside Stephanie Schneider and finished third in Lake Placid. In the summer of 2020, Levi joined SC Potsdam, which offered her improved training conditions with a push track opened the year before.
