Previously, she served as VP People and Corporate VP Organizational Development & Change at the Swedish energy company Vattenfall and was also a member of the supervisory board of Vattenfall GmbH. Her consulting experience includes leading the Change Management Practice at Capgemini Consulting, where she drove transformational projects and guided organizations through complex change initiatives.
