Felix Hofmann is a TEDx speaker, innovation expert, YouTuber, multiple founder and author.
As the former CEO of the Business Model Innovation Lab at the University of St. Gallen, he has in-depth knowledge of business model innovation.
His career as a founder includes the award-winning startup PaperC and FIVE, a natural cosmetics brand that successfully appeared on the German version of Shark Tank, ‘Die Höhle der Löwen’.” He holds a Master’s degree in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen.

Felix Hofmann studied Business Innovation M.A. at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and obtained his B.A. at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
He supports companies in establishing and optimising their innovation management and improving their innovation culture. He is also a YouTuber and author. His first book is called REFRAME The Psychology of Innovation.
