I help my clients to recognize the hidden and untapped potentials, ideas and to develop them into “gold”, especially in times of constant change (keywords NewWork and VUCA – Volatility | Uncertainty | Complexity | Ambiguity), digitization and new future technologies (keywords : Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain) which are gaining more and more essential significance. Heraclitus, back in 535 BC, said: „There is nothing more constant than change.“ These words have never been more up-to-date than now. Future brings a lot of change. And it is not about thinking whether or not the change comes, it is about learning to deal with it wisely.
What is your life motto? What would you like to give your listeners on the way?
And as for companies, the best return on investment a company gets is when it invests in the happiness and satisfaction of its employees.This investment pays by far the best interest.
