I am a Premium Speaker because throught my more than 20 years of experience is an international Trainer, Management Coach und a known book author of the Books „Happiness Alchemie“ and „Happiness Alchemie Projekt“, as well as an initiator of a multiple outstanding international projekts, I have a message to share. As a Culture Alchemista I have extensive experience with topics „Positive Company Culture“, „The importance of leading with Humanity“, „Positive Leadership“ and its importance especially now in the context of digital future.
I help my clients to recognize the hidden and untapped potentials, ideas and to develop them into “gold”, especially in times of constant change (keywords NewWork and VUCA – Volatility | Uncertainty | Complexity | Ambiguity), digitization and new future technologies (keywords : Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain) which are gaining more and more essential significance. My self-developed Happiness Alchemy concept combined with elements of Design Thinking, Lego Serious Play and other agile methods make our collaboration an enrichment for anyone who is in transition as a person or team / company. My passion is personality / team development, positive leadership and the development of corporate strategies in the context of a digital future.

Heraclitus, back in 535 BC, said: „There is nothing more constant than change.“ These words have never been more up-to-date than now. Future brings a lot of change. And it is not about thinking whether or not the change comes, it is about learning to deal with it wisely.

What is your life motto? What would you like to give your listeners on the way?

And as for companies, the best return on investment a company gets is when it invests in the happiness and satisfaction of its employees.This investment pays by far the best interest.
