Alain Sutter, born in January 1968 in Bern, is a former Swiss footballer. He was regarded as the talent of the century, signing his first professional contract with Grasshoppers Zurich at the age of 17 and making his debut for the Swiss national team just three months later.

His career took him to renowned clubs such as 1. FC Nuremberg, FC Bayern Munich, SC Freiburg and Dallas Burn. He played a total of 62 international matches for Switzerland and his participation in the 1994 World Cup in the USA was the highlight of his sporting career.

After finishing his active football career, Alain Sutter took on new professional challenges and shared his experience as a football pundit. For 14 years, he commentated on the national football team and Champions League matches for Swiss television. In 2013, he published his first book ‘Stressfrei Glücklich sein’ followed by ‘Herzensangelegenheit’ in 2016. He has gained a special reputation in the field of stress management by supporting both people and companies in difficult situations and showing them how to deal with stress effectively.
