When the Patrouille Suisse flies its formations, the skies get crowded. Team spirit is the fundamental characteristic of the Patrouille. Pilots must be able to recognize their mistakes immediately and have great communication skills. Everyone must work on the balance of the whole group. There is no hierarchy among the pilots, but at work there is a clear leader whom the pilots follow unconditionally. Clear communication, the ability to take criticism and discipline made the team spirit. You have to be able to appreciate and trust each other and have a common goal: to perform a perfect show as safely as possible.

Daniel Siegenthaler has additional training in coaching and team leadership, which enables him to combine theoretical and practical aspects of team management.

Team management, leadership, team spirit, risk, common goals, clear communication, mutual trust are keywords that are of great importance in aviation as well as in the top management of commercial enterprises.

Teamwork on the ground and in the air.

From informative presentations as food for thought to in-depth seminars with a long-term effect. Daniel Siegenthaler bridges the gap between high-precision military aviation and the complex world of business, transferring the principles and insights from military formation flying to the practice of modern business. In both domains, the same leadership and team qualities ensure success and survival. Using the Patrouille Suisse as an example, he demonstrates impressively and with impressive film footage which factors make up a team, teamwork and team performance.
