Who is Jasper Udink ten Cate? He is a positive crazy and energetic man, husband and father of two children. Jasper is also a well-known artist and designer from the Netherlands and founder of the multidisciplinary studio “Creative Chef”. All his works are related to food and are shown all over the world in exhibitions and museums such as Metropolitan New York and Beijing Design.
When he founded the studio, Jasper dreamed of bringing his food to a museum.
Jasper’s leadership style is that he likes to take action, and that’s what happened. Over the past 7 years, Jasper Udink ten Cate has begun to create an art form where there are no rules or boundaries.
During his keynotes, he likes to serve small bites or complete three-course meals.

Jasper’s work in a nutshell: a food performance with spoken words and self-designed ceramics is served together with his own music as part of an edible exhibition about the future of food. As you eat the vegetables he grows in his garden at the Museum of Taste, you’ll smell edible scents, and when you scan your napkin, you’ll enter a 3-D version of a utopian city that tells the story of a better world. And when you leave the museum, it turns out you were part of a work of art….
On the side, Jasper teaches and tells his stories at schools and acts as a food consultant when a company wants to change its eating habits.
Jasper Udink ten Cate creates inclusive artwork for blind people and uses food to “visualize” the story he wants to tell.
With a past as a chef, co-founder of a chocolate factory and cooking school, musician, and author, Jasper now uses these skills to create unique experiences that have the ability to foster collective stories that will help humanity create a better future.
