Christian Bredlow – The “5 Premium Speakers Questions”

20. July 2022 – Mandy Weinand

For digital enthusiast Christian Bredlow, the focus is not on transformation or digitalisation, but on people and a passion for technology. “Put the customer back in focus” – is one of his statements. Win customers with enthusiasm. How? It is time for modern leadership, because employees are the new success factors. Those who have understood this as entrepreneurs take the first important steps towards corporate success. We asked Christian Bredlow what other topics his lively lectures cover and what he would like to pass on to his audience as the most important message.

Christian Bredlow in interview:

1. What are the core subjects of your keynote speeches?

Christian Bredlow:

In my talks, I deal with current topics around (digital) transformation of companies and society. The world around us is changing at breakneck speed. This raises essential questions for many companies, organizations, and above all people which can quickly lead to insecurities: How can we position ourselves well for the future? How do we succeed in creating in creating awareness and readiness for transformation among all people? How do we motivate people for empowerment? Where and how will we work in the future? And how do we remove the dismissive “Our-company-is-different” paradigm from our organizations.

2. Which audiance or which branch do you reach with your speech?

Christian Bredlow:

My talks are very suitable for the opening or closing of corporate events, workshops or congresses. No matter if industry, the service sector or associations – there is no sector specific reference. The talks motivate executives and employees because (digital) transformation presents everyone with their own challenge.

3. Are you a PREMIUM SPEAKER? Where do you get your insights from?

Christian Bredlow:

In recent years, I have been able to inspire over 200,000 people live or from a virtual stage in my own studio with my talks.

When it comes to the contents of my talks, I can credibly draw in management and consulting. As a manager of a medium-sized media company for many years, I know and can refute every excuse that prevents change. Now, as the founder and managing guide of Digital Mindset, I accompany companies, their executives and employees in their (digital) transformation on a daily basis. Our clients include large, international DAX-listed corporations as well as regional, medium-sized companies.

4. What will be in the future? Does «time» play an important role in your work?

Christian Bredlow:

These are precisely the questions I try to answer in my presentations with appropriate recommendations for action. I stand for the credo that we all have to permanently look at future developments with the fascination of the new. “Try everything before you reject it” – this is a punchline from my lectures. Because that’s the only way I can develop my own judgment and ensure the appropriate future vitality for myself and my organization. There is a reason why my talks are so fast and lively – they are a reflection of our time. We don’t have time to wait. Or do we want to close our companies tomorrow because of yesterday? Do you want a current example? Just by asking the question “(How) Will we get back to the office tomorrow” you can clearly see how hard it is for organizations and their people to create smart agreements.

For everything, steadiness and consistency are the healthy basis on which well-designed change processes should be built.

5. Tell us your life motto? What do you want to give your listeners to take with them?

Christian Bredlow:

My life motto is derived from a song by the Fantastischen 4. ” All is good that one likes to do!” – and that’s what I try to convey in my talks. I always open my talks with the dimmer recurring recommendation “Digitization is not a technology – it is rather a changed mindset.”

No more excuses and whining – the digital transformation starts with us and must begin in the entrepreneur’s head and permeate everything from there.
