Felix Behm has been working with the younger generation for over 10 years and is recognised as one of the leading GenZ experts.
Originally an employee of a company in the healthcare sector with 3,500 employees, he has also performed numerous functions between schools and business. He was not only a career guidance coach and thus directly involved with young people in schools, but also a long-standing member of various examination boards and organisations that deal with the young generation and the world of work.
In 2016, Felix Behm set up his own business and advised companies in various sectors on the HR topics of marketing and developing young talent. He also provided training on these topics for various seminar providers. In 2020, he was hired as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg. For the Free University of Berlin, Felix Behm worked for five years on the Funpreneur project – a competition in which students set up their own company in six weeks – in an organisational and advisory capacity. In 2021, he published his first book ‘Generation Z begeistern und binden’, which he wrote specifically for trainers. His second book on Generation Z was published in 2024.
