Caroline Bosbach is the Federal Chairwoman of the Young Economic Council of the CDU, author and speaker on the economy, energy, sustainability and intergenerational justice.
She studied economics with a Master’s degree in Berlin, then moved to the private sector as a management trainee and then worked as a strategy consultant in a communications agency. At the same time, she lectured at the Cologne Business School.
This was followed by a move into the political arena. Caroline Bosbach worked at local and federal level as a political advisor, later for the CDU/CSU parliamentary group for small and medium-sized enterprises. She currently works in the energy industry.
Caroline Bosbach speaks primarily on economic issues and on what intergenerationally fair politics can look like in the future and what challenges young people, especially women, who decide to pursue a political career face. She is very flexible when it comes to topics and is happy to customise her presentation to suit the desired content.

In autumn 2021, she was elected Federal Chairwoman of the Young Economic Council, the association’s youth organisation.
