Clara Richter is a member of the Global Shaper Community, an initiative by the World Economic Forum, where she leads projects focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen (Switzerland) and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University College London (UK).

Clara Richter speaks primarily on leadership, next-generation, and the importance of diversity in organisations. Most recently, she spoke at the St. Gallen Symposium on the “The Perceived Scarcity of Belonging” and moderated a panel on “Female Leadership in Times of Uncertainty”. The latter was co-organised with her own organisation, Women With Impact, and the Global Shapers Community in Bern, at which she led the conversation with eminent speakers. Beyond speaking on above mentioned topics, Clara Richter moderates panel discussions, talk rounds, expert interviews, and Q&As. Based in Zurich, she speaks in English and German.
