In 2012, Julius Brink and Jonas Reckermann made sporting history. At the Summer Olympics, they were the first European team ever to win the gold medal in front of an audience of millions. Countless awards followed, such as the “Silver Laurel Leaf”, the “Bambi” in the category “Sport” and the “Felix Award” in the category “Team of the Year” and many more. At the beginning of 2013, Jonas Reckermann had to end his career due to persistent health problems.
Jonas Reckermann Lecture topics:
- Diversity as an advantage – Advantage through difference
- Contentment is the death of progress!
- From the slipstream to the top!
- With values to success
Since the end of his career, Jonas has regularly worked for ZDF as an expert and co-commentator at the Olympic Games, World and European Championships. Furthermore, the Olympic, World and European Champion as well as German Champion offers lectures and workshops as a speaker for large corporations and medium-sized companies.
His keynote address “Diversity – Advantage through Difference” is particularly in demand. The 2012 Olympic champion shows how it was possible to form a functioning unit out of divergent team members without having to adjust the personalities in a way that reduces potential and how this can also be achieved in companies with a large number of different characters.
Due to their extremely different personality structures and their extraordinary success, Julius Brink and Jonas Reckermann stood for the successful use of their diversity like hardly any other team. This keynote is also available as a duo (Julius Brink + Jonas Reckermann).
