Robin Söder is the chairman and owner of SöderX. He founded this holding company in order to be able to pursue his great passion of founding and building his own companies in a professional manner. It all started in 2016. His career as a soccer player ended early. In his early 20s, he decided to give up what meant the most to him in his young life: soccer. He realized that despite the great successes and years of competitive sports from childhood, the soccer business is not the industry that will make him happy as a person in the long term. To the incomprehension of his teammates and the great opportunity to continue on a successful path as a footballer, he decided to take this difficult step and ended his soccer career very early and of his own free will. But what now? How does a life without soccer go on now? It quickly became clear to him that he wanted to start his own business.

While studying, he wanted to build his own business. However, he noticed that the content taught in his studies hardly answered any relevant questions and did not
were of little help to him in his dream of starting his own business. He realized for himself that the German education system is primarily designed to train good employees. There are bachelor’s and master’s degrees in higher education that are tailored to positions in existing companies. However, the start-up world is not taught. This gave rise to the idea of closing this gap and led to his first venture, “Entrepreneur University”, a brand of continuing education that aims to train the successful entrepreneurs of tomorrow. Today, a few years later, Entrepreneur University is Germany’s best-known continuing education brand for precisely these topics and organizes, among other things, Germany’s largest startup and entrepreneur conference with its own Founder Summit.
From footballer to startup expert, coach & speaker
This success story ensures that some companies want to work closely with him and have access to his expertise in events, branding, digital customer acquisition processes & company building. Robin Söder gradually founded his own agencies for this purpose, with their own teams and respective topic specialization. This is how first the in-house event agency “The Eventgers” and later “Brand Brains” an agency for brand building & digital customer acquisition processes came into being. In addition to his work as CEO of Entrepreneur University, he lives up to his passion for start-ups in the form of his own small start-up venture company “360 Ventures”. Through this he participates in early-stage start-ups with great potential.
In addition, Robin Söder is a jury member of the Hessian funding program Distr@l, which supports young promising digital companies with financial means. He himself is sure that all this was just the beginning of his journey, though. He is happy about everyone he still gets to meet on this path, accompanying him and supporting him through his work to make this world a bit better, more honest and more authentic.
