Anna Kopp is CIO and office manager at Microsoft Germany. She came to Germany from Sweden in 1991 for a semester abroad as part of her studies.
She has been working in the high-tech industry for over 20 years. Her career path in senior leadership positions has made her an expert in team management in flat hierarchies and virtual teams.
