Whether your event is a success depends solely on whether you can inspire your guests. Julius has this ability. He leads through the programme in an entertaining manner, is likeable and politically correct, pulls the strings and makes your event entertaining and captivating with his professional moderation.

In addition, the Olympic, World and European Champion as well as German Champion offers lectures and workshops in large corporations and medium-sized companies. His keynote “Diversity – Advantage through Difference” is particularly in demand. In this rousing lecture, Julius Brink describes how the commitment to diversity was an essential characteristic of the Olympic champions Brink-Reckermann and how dealing with it was a decisive advantage in international competition. The talk is about using difference as diversity, the importance of team philosophies, subordinating egos, but also about critical moments and setbacks in the course of working together. The keynote offers an unadulterated insight into “Project Gold” and talks about how it was possible to form a functioning unit out of divergent team members without the need for a potential-reducing adjustment of personalities. The transfer to business enterprises is particularly interesting, in which a large number of divergent characters also work.

Due to their extremely different personality structures and their extraordinary success, Julius Brink and Jonas Reckermann stood for the successful use of their diversity like hardly any other team. This keynote is also available as a duo (Julius Brink + Jonas Reckermann).
