Lily Wong spent a large part of her career advising global B2B & B2C companies on their digital transformation journey.
This includes helping companies launch new products, services and experiences for consumers, create and prioritize digital opportunities, forge strategic operating models, and orchestrate delivery to ensure that business and technology investment translates into measurable outcome.
At Bayer, Lily led Digital Transformation for Bayer Consumer Health’s R&D and Regulatory, Medical, Safety, Compliance functions with the aim of digitizing innovation, maximizing the value of data and technology for scientific discovery to develop breakthrough consumer-facing propositions and business models to achieve growth and compliance targets in order to make an impact in driving self-care for everyday health.
Currently, Lily Wong is the VP of IT Strategy & Partnerships, overseeing the delivery of the IT strategy across Bayer’s 3 Business Units and develop Bayer’s Digital partnerships with academic institutions, startups and digital natives to fuel innovation while managing strategic partnership alliances and commercial deals in close collaboration with divisions and functions. Her team is responsible for scouting emerging technology such as catalyzing GenAI across the enterprise.
