Pierre-Henri Chuet Lecture Topics

  • Leadership & Followership – The Wingman Mindset

What makes a great leader  and an even greater teammate? Drawing from fighter aviation, Até explains how leadership is built on trust, communication, and shared purpose. His equation of Followership links a leader’s credibility to their ability to foster vision, stability, empathy, and trust.

  • Continuous Improvement – From Briefing to D.Briefing

Success in the air relies on structured preparation and honest feedback. Até introduces the D.Brief method: a framework for continuous improvement that strengthens accountability, resilience, and excellence.

  • Stress Management – Turning Pressure into Performance

Fighter pilots don’t eliminate stress, they train to use it. Até shares the tools and routines that allow teams to turn pressure and uncertainty into focus and action.

  • Safety Culture & Risk Management – Doing the Right Thing When No One’s Watching

Integrity and discipline are essential in aviation and in business. Até demonstrates how adopting a safety-driven mindset fosters trust, reliability, and sustainable performance.

  • Crew Resource Management & Teamwork – Clarity, Trust, and Execution

Every mission’s success depends on teamwork. Até translates aviation’s Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles into practical strategies that strengthen collaboration, clarity, and confidence within teams.

After a stroke abruptly ended his flying career, he chose to reinvent himself, transferring the precision, discipline, and team spirit of aviation to the world of business. Through his company and his D.Brief concept, he helps organizations and individuals apply the pilot’s mindset to navigate challenges, make better decisions, and take control of their own “aircraft”: themselves.

Pierre-Henri Chuet’s mission is clear: enable 10,000 people each year to regain control, improve performance, and act with clarity under pressure.
