Sascha Brandstötter provides inspiration for a strong sense of self in turbulent times. He is an ultra-runner, resilience coach and keynote speaker for clarity and change.

Sascha Brandstötter stands for transformation that does not come from a seminar, but from lived experience. His life is proof that change does not begin with a goal, but with a decision. With radical honesty. And with the willingness to pay the price.

Self-destruction used to define his everyday life – today he stands on stage as a speaker who inspires people to take responsibility and push boundaries. Not because he had more talent, but because he stopped lying to himself.

Sascha Brandstötter Lecture topics

  • From limit to breakthrough – what companies can learn from ultra-runners
  • Discipline is not coercion, but freedom – how daily decisions create real transformation
  • Ease begins with clarity – how mental strength changes teams and leadership

His path was not a straight one. After the birth of his first daughter, Sascha Brandstötter left all illegal substances behind – but not alcohol. The turning point came with his current wife, who saw in him what he himself could no longer recognise. She was his support during the transition, introducing him to yoga, meditation and Thai massage. This was followed by trips to Asia and the decision to radically change his life. He has been sober for over nine years. He is grateful to be a clear-headed, present father to his two younger daughters.

The breakthrough came with a new passion: running. What began as a way to balance his life became his new identity and a reflection of his mental strength. Sascha ran: first a few kilometres, then marathons, then ultra-distances. In the silence of his long runs, he found the same clarity as in meditation.

Extreme sports became a tool for inner order.

A few years ago, Sascha experienced burnout – but this time he had the tools: self-observation, body awareness, focus. He overcame the crisis, reflected on it and made his experience available to others. Today, he accompanies people and organisations through change processes, showing how mental strength is developed and how discipline becomes freedom.

What motivates Sascha today:

He shows people that lasting change is not a question of circumstances, but of inner attitude. His keynotes are energetic, clear and transformative. Companies and executives appreciate his depth, his authenticity – and the combination of lived experience and razor-sharp reflection.

Sascha Brandstötter inspires people to leave their comfort zone and take back control of their lives.

His message: ‘It doesn’t start out there. It starts within you.’
