Dr. Christian Schlicht is CEO & Founder of Beyond Tech, an expert in corporate real estate management (CREM) and facility management (FM) with international management and practical experience in the corporate and start-up environment.
He is dedicated to innovation in real estate, digitalisation and sustainability. His lecture topics include smart cities, digital business models, intelligent buildings and ESG topics (environmental, social, governance) in property management. Christian Schlicht is also involved in specialist committees and was President of the CoreNet Global Central Europe Chapter.
Between 2021 and 2023, he headed the Central Europe Chapter of CoreNet Global (CNG) as President.
With a PhD in industrial engineering, he has around 20 years of experience and was previously CEO of REGUL.AI GmbH before founding Beyond Tech GmbH in 2022. His focus is on the application of distributed ledger technologies and artificial intelligence in the property industry, for which he has received several innovation awards.
