As a former member of the Executive Board of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) and former CEO Europe of Porsche, he combines a consistent focus on results with a deep understanding of how brand strength, customer experience, and profitability fuel each other, rather than excluding each other.

As Chief Commercial Officer at Jaguar Land Rover, Felix Bräutigam was responsible for commercial transformation: he increased profitability while modernizing the customer experience. In doing so, he drove new business models and prepared the company for the ACES future. A particular focus was on product strategy and positioning – with the aim of clearly defining two independent, modern luxury brands: Land Rover and Jaguar.

Prior to that, he shaped Porsche’s success story in several leadership roles. During a phase in which the company developed from a takeover candidate to one of the most profitable OEMs, Frank Bräutigam took on key responsibilities – culminating in his role as CEO Europe. Other positions included CEO France and responsibilities for national sales companies and marketing communications.

He began his career at General Motors (Saab, Opel, Vauxhall). Felix Bräutigam holds an MBA (WIU, USA), a degree from the University of Mannheim, and completed the Top Executive Program at MIT/HEC/Shanghai University.
