Kerstin Heuer is the founder and CEO of Futurepreneur, a social enterprise that successfully engages in entrepreneurship education to foster a society full of drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
Since 2012, she has been committed to inspiring and activating young people in Germany. Through the development and implementation of individual business ideas according to the SDGs, individual energies, potentials and ideas are discovered and intrinsically motivated within a few days. Some of the core objectives are problem-solving skills, drive, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Thus, Futurepreneur empowers young people to take responsibility as life entrepreneurs and future shapers for their own life and career paths as well as for societal challenges.

Kerstin Heuer has an extensive background of experience in management consultancy, start-up research, her own self-employment, knowledge of the Swedish education landscape and guiding six children through the German education system.
Kerstin Heuer is a dedicated expert on Entrepreneurial Mindset, Future Skills, Innovation and Growth Mindset.
Together with her team, she has carried out over 200 successful projects with more than 3,500 young people in the field of entrepreneurship education in recent years. The students, aged 14 to 19, have so far developed more than 80,000 business ideas, of which more than 1,000 have been implemented and earned their own money with their first customers.
Their core message is: “Talk less – more just do it.”
