Zoe Fragou Lecture topics

Zoe Fragou presents interactive keynotes, workshops and moderations – live or virtual. Her message: an effective event needs not only content, but also a clear call to action – people should be inspired, empowered and equipped with the necessary tools for change. Her most frequently booked topics include:

  • Turning multipotentiality into multiability
Having many talents is not the problem. The real art is in using them in such a way that you don’t burn out, get stuck in the ‘initial phase’ or become overwhelmed by the choices. Potential is only the beginning. How to get from ‘I could do that’ to ‘I did that’.
  • I’m burnt out, you’re burnt out, what’s that smell?
What can you do as an individual to protect yourself from burnout, and what can you do as an organisation to protect your most valuable asset, your employees? You will learn to understand the causes and mechanisms of burnout and to implement effective individual and organisational protection and intervention measures.
  • We’ve all been that other
Diversity & Inclusion: The most important thing is to question and evaluate existing prejudices in order to determine which of them are actually defence mechanisms and which are merely perceptions that we have solidified into stereotypes. We all have prejudices. In this lecture, you will learn what this has to do with belonging and performance – and how cultural change can be achieved.
  • Building a Feedback Culture with Growth Mindset
Growth doesn’t just happen. It comes from self-reflection, determination and a little courage. Combined with a growth mindset, feedback becomes more than just insight. It becomes motivation. The belief that you can learn, change and improve – even when it’s difficult – is what separates those who evolve from those who stand still.

Zoe Fragou’s lectures and workshops are aimed at executives, HR teams, organisational and cultural leaders, and employees in global companies. She brings:

  • Scientifically based knowledge combined with practical application
  • Global experience – from Fortune 500 companies to NGOs in the field of public health
  • Emotional commitment to humanity, diversity and empowerment
  • An interactive style and inspiring ideas that call for action
