After working for international industrial companies such as Bosch and various agencies, Sophie Hundertmark was one of the first Master’s students in Switzerland to research chatbots.

She has been working on her doctorate at the University of Fribourg since 2022, where she is researching the combination of conversational AI, fuzzy logic, ethics and large language models (LLMs). She is also a research assistant and lecturer at the Institute of Financial Services Zug at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (IFZ).

Sophie Hundertmark has already given keynotes and inspirational talks at renowned conferences in the DACH region on topics such as generative AI, chatbots, artificial intelligence or digital assistants such as ChatGPT and Co.

She is also a sought-after speaker on AI in the healthcare industry (hospitals and medical practices of the future, care institutions, pharmaceutical industry) as well as an expert on AI and mindfulness.

In her presentations, Sophie aims to provide her audience with knowledge on how artificial intelligence can be used responsibly, sustainably and consciously. She encourages critical thinking, questioning processes and developing transparency, ethical principles and foresight. Sophie Hundertmark has extensive experience as an independent consultant for the strategic support and implementation of AI and chatbot projects. She also supports companies in the responsible and ethical use of Generative AI, ChatGPT and similar systems. In doing so, she promotes the continuous exchange between science and practice in the field of AI-driven conversational automation.

As a member of boards of directors and advisory boards, Sophie supports innovative companies such as AlpineAI, eggheads.ai, Joaia and Cloudburst and is active on the board of the SwissInsights Association.

With her own association greenwishing.ch, she is also actively involved in the fight against greenwashing.
