Prof. Dr. Stefanie A. Schubert is Professor of Economics at SRH University Heidelberg and an expert in the fields of public finance and game theory.

She is active as a consultant for strategy, collaboration and negotiations in the Life Science Industry, among others. She is an ICF-certified executive coach for resilient leadership and DACH Chapter Lead of European Women on Board (EWOB).

Stefanie A. Schubert holds a doctorate in Public Finance and has worked intensively on the financing of social security systems, work incentives and macroeconomic effects. After completing her doctorate, she accepted the Junior Professorship “Organization Theory and Management” at the WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management (WHU). Since then, she has been working on strategic decisions, influencing and negotiations on the basis of Game Theory.

Beyond academia, she advises DAX30 companies and C-level management on negotiations, strategic decisions and strategic alliances with the aim of creating sustainable value through intelligent decisions.

Her target group includes representatives of Business Development, as she has been a faculty member of Executive Education of the BIO International Convention for many years. On the other hand, she advises Alliance Management on complex problems of corporate cooperation and is an active member and Certified Strategic Alliance Professional (CSAP) of the Association of Alliance Professionals. Clients include one of the leading pharma companies in Switzerland.

During her time as a student, she did competitive dancing (equivalent to the national league) and regularly took part in German championships and national and international ranking tournaments.
