Oliver Leisse – This is how the future works. How to recognize what’s coming and know what to do.

Oliver Leisse founded EARSandEYES GmbH, an institute for online market research and trend research, in 1997. There he built up the trend research division in Cape Town. In 2008, he founded SEE MORE, Future Research and Development in Hamburg. The institute researches current consumer insights based on qualitative ethnographic research in over 50 metropolises around the world. Here, the institute draws on 100 employees who research consumer wishes on site, identify trends and interpret them. With his team, Oliver Leisse develops new offers, brands and future strategies and advises clients such as Deutsche Bank, TUI, Henkel and Schwarzkopf, Microsoft, Deutsche Post, Google, Freenet, REWE, Burda, AON, Goldwell and many more. In June 2012, his book: “Be prepared: 30 trends for tomorrow’s business”, was published by Haufe Verlag. The second edition was published at the end of 2014, and an app for the book appeared in 2016.
