Urbanisation is continuing to increase in many industrial and emerging countries. This refers firstly to the growth of towns and cities, and secondly to the fact that living conditions similar to urban life are also possible in other places. Yet what are the implications of this trend towards urbanisation? What degree of urbanisation should we still be striving for and is there perhaps too strong a trend towards urbanisation? And how do we actually define a megacity? Our keynote speakers on the topic of urbanisation will be happy to share their knowledge with you on these and other exciting questions.
