Education
The word education refers to the sum of all the skills and knowledge that a person has acquired. A number of prerequisites need to be fulfilled for the necessary learning process to be carried out efficiently and in a way that is enjoyable. The right methodological approaches are required and the material to be learned must be well-suited to the person doing the learning (and vice versa). Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are further important catchphrases in this field. Aside from consideration of the individual learning process, the higher-level, societal and political implications of education are also of great interest. Our keynote speakers have a wide range of different backgrounds in politics, philosophy and business. They are all able to speak very competently on the subject of education.
