Change Management

Change management is used to implement strategies, processes and structures within organisations. The changeover from old to new patterns usually brings with it a large number of challenges.  It is not a good idea to change too many things at the same time, as it is important to ensure that the people in an organisation do not lose their feeling of stability and security. At the same time, a key factor in change management is to ensure that new things are implemented in a consistent way and that the people affected are encouraged to accept the change. Change management is played out in a very exciting area, somewhere between fears and hopes, and between risks and opportunities. This makes it into one of the most exciting areas of all.
